All aspects of commercial and residential design, including:
Conceptual illustrations, architectural renderings, design and interior architectural drawings, documentation , specifications, colors and materials, purchase and coordination of furnishings.
Design process customized for each project but a general description of process is outlined below:
Meeting to establish client needs and goals to determine project scope.
Define budget and schedule of project
Prepare customized contract for clients approval and signature, including payment schedule.
Prepare conceptual ideas presented in the form of drawings, photographs, colors and material samples, furnishings and lighting.
Evaluate the conceptual design and prepare final design and documentation.
Prepare invoices for furnishings and accessories to be purchased by design firm.
Review of document drawings with contractors.
Work with contractors during design implementation to transform the design into reality.
